Post 8 - Summer Plans

Summer is just around the corner and I’m very sure that is everyone’s dream right now and I’m not the exemption so today I’m going to talk about my plans for this summer and the things that I would like to try this time.

Exams finish the 12^th of January and I have plans to go to the south of Chile the day after with my girlfriend’s family so my schedule is very tight this summer. We are going to Licanray; a town that has a really beautiful lake called “Calafquén” all of this is in the “Araucanía” region.  Obviously there, I would like to do as many things as possible, an extreme sport like kayaking in the lake, trekking in the beautiful mountains of the south of Chile or just swimming in the beautiful but very cold lake.

Like I was saying in this trip I’m going to be accompanied with my girlfriend’s family but obviously I would like to go with my parents someday as well! This trip to the south is going to be 13 days long so with my girlfriend we planned some activities to do there, like go walking in the morning, go trekking one entire day in the mountains and obviously we think in the most important thing that is the food so we are already looking for good places and recommendations to go eat there!

If I’m honest one thing that I hate the most are people that care about studying or the university in the middle of the summer or vacations because the meaning of this is that you have the time to don’t care about it and relax so if you don’t take advantage of this you are very lost! So if you ask me if I’m going to study in the summer I think that you already know the answer!
